Preferred Provider Participation (in-Network) Programs
The ALPINE BEHAVIOR THERAPY CLINIC has established professional affiliation as a Preferred Provider with a limited number of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and Lien Funding Companies which service policies with coverage for personal injury cases.*
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS (EAPs): These referrals are accepted on a limited basis per year.

Many insurance companies reimburse for outpatient mental services, contingent on policy specifications and only after your individual and/or family deductible has been met for the year. Our clinic provides a super-bill which may be submitted to your own insurance company for direct reimbursement from your company back to you, as the insured.
*It is the client responsibility to assure that our services are within your insurance / EAP network. It is also client responsibility to assure that all prior authorizations required by your company for outpatient mental health services are secured prior to initiating the first appointment.
